Can you explain how to solve a puzzle?
Unfortunately not. We receive quite a few emails and we’re too small of a company to respond to each player. We also hope you will support us by using the in-game hint system.
When’s your next game coming out?
We do not announce in advance when new games will be released because it is hard to predict. We are constantly making more Adventure Escape games, and we’ve learned that it takes time to get the puzzles right. In addition, fixing bugs always can take more time than expected. We are working as fast as we can!
How do I hear when a new game is coming out?
You can find out by joining our Facebook page or email list. We typically wait a week or two after a new game is released before announcing new game launches on Facebook or through our email list. The reason we wait is because we want to make sure there are no bugs that were not caught by our QA team.
Why are we adding old games to Adventure Escape Mysteries?
We are adding older games to Adventure Escape Mysteries for a few reasons: 1) We think new players can more easily find our old games this way, 2) We can add new features to the old apps (for example, we are going to add saving to Murder Inn which was not there before, and 3) it’s easier for us to update one app rather than all our old ones.
What is the deal with Solve It?
Solve It is a new series that we are experimenting with. Read more about Solve It in our blog post. After releasing Solve It 3, we are stepping back from the Solve It series. As of right now, we have no plans to continue the series.
What’s the best way to contact us?
The best way is to email us at [email protected]. We also respond to messages on our Facebook page for Adventure Escape and Haiku Games, but it is a bit more sporadic. We receive quite a few emails, and we try to respond as quickly as possible.
What’s the best way to report bugs?
If you see a bug in our game, please email us at [email protected] and describe the problem - we’ll do our best to fix it! It’s also helpful if you provide this info:
- Your device (for example, and iPhone 7)
- your operating system (for example, Android 8.1)
- A screenshot or video of the error:

I’m having trouble downloading the game. Help!
Typically not being able to download is a problem with the app store you are using.

On trap maker Chapter 4 it wont let me hit the last guy i guess my finger is to big I don't know but please make it more sensitive. Also I have a big tablet no cracks in my screen, so it is not my fault. I cant afford to buy stars to do it for me, so I cant progress and it is bugging me.

What is the oldest os that will play haiku games
What timezone is the games set to cause it says I've speed up my keys the max number of times today (June 22) and I used them yesterday (June 21st) at 11:30-11:50pm eastern standard time. Why doesn't it reset with the change of day can you make it so that it does or just remove the limit? Especially because for me a new day has come but it's treating it like it's yesterday I'd like to be able to use keys everyday without worrying about it being different timezones
Is it possible to reset game progress on the adventure escape mysteries. I want to start over again
In painted worlds chapter 4 the ship keeps getting stuck on the side of the screen and won't go anywhere when I tilt my phone to move it
I am playing Mirror Man and I am on Chapter 5. I am on the part after you open the top of the piano and the screen is black. You can hear the background music but cant see whats going on. Any reason why thats doing that?
How do I re-start a play?
To restart the whole thing... you have to finish it. To restart a level... you have to be still on the level and go to settings from there... you can hit restart chapter.
On ae mysteries Pirate's Treasure chapter 2 when you have to avoid the obstacles by swiping my ship won't move and I tried to starting all over on chapter 2 but it still won't move. I tried closing the app but still nothing.
idk if the comments here are taken into consideration, but I was wondering if there's a way we can access all the completed chapters of a story? I'd like to replay some chapters while I wait for the keys. speaking of keys, is there a chance that you could make it so that the first chapters don't require a key to play? just a suggestion. I really like the game, btw!
