Our new (and experimental) game, Solve It!
Solve It is an experimental game by Haiku Games. It is a visual novel where you find clues, confront suspects, and solve a murder mystery.
Is this another Adventure Escape game?
No - this is an entirely new type of game. If you like Haiku Games, we hope you will give it a shot, but frankly we do not expect every Adventure Escape fan to like Solve It. It’s a different type of game with no inventory items and fewer puzzles, but more emphasis on story, dialogue, and interpersonal relationships.
Will you keep making Adventure Escape games?
Yes! We certainly will. Some players will be worried that making Solve It means we will move away from Adventure Escape. That’s not true at all - we have more people working on Adventure Escape than ever before. If Solve It does well, we may continue to make more similar games. And we hope both types of games will combine to bring more players to our company, which will help us continue to make games in the future.
Why did you make Solve It?
We think it’s fun! We played visual novel games like Choices and Episode. While we liked the stories of those games, we didn’t like how there weren’t too many decisions the player has to make since the stories are all very linear. We thought it would be fun to deduce who to confront with evidence to unravel the mystery.
Experimenting with new games is important for us as a game company. It’s part of the challenge and fun of working at a game company, and we don’t want to get stagnant. So regardless of how well Solve It does, you can expect us to keep experimenting with new games in the future!

Why is it only in English?
Solve It is an experimental game. We’re not sure whether players will like it, and we want to test out whether or not players like it. As a result, it is only available in a few countries right now, and it is only in English.

I would love it if you could do voice overs like Mirder in the Alps. So far it is the only game that does it. Just a thought.

I can't download this game. It's not compatible with my device. Why it is? My phone has Android 9.1, 2Gb memory on board. What is wrong?
Will not download on iOS 13. Yes I know it's a beta but all other apps download and work just fine. All it does is open your home page.
It says that Solve It is not available in my region (I live in France). I definitely do not mind playing it in English.
Not a fan of this new type of game, also hate that we have to wait hours for keys to play your games. Come on Haiku, you guys are amazing game developers don't make your loyal players pay to play.
Dear Haiku Team, I went through Solve it and I liked the game. As you also mentioned this game is very different from your other games (which I prefer). Netherthless I want to give you feedback on solve it as I like the idea of trying new things: I like the way the story expands in the course of the game and how you generate more possibilities from the enquieries. I also have the fealing that the story telling goes much better this way. Spoken dialoge as in "murder in the alps" would be of course nice as well. Unfortunatly I could not make out much difference between the alternative respond options. It would be nice if the different responds could lead to complete different reactions and to alternative plots / events / hints / endings (maybe even game overs ?). Finally I just want to thank you for the good games you already did and I look forward for more (also experimental ones :-) ).
As someone who likes all murder mysteries and who played previous Haiku games, I found this one AMAZING! It does feel good to play a game that feels like a novel with different choices and good story lines. As an adult, I was satisfied. The waiting time for a key (30 min) is fine! It is not too long and not too short. It builds the excitement. The main characters were not only drawn well, but were also given important personality traits. I loved both, the assistant and T.S. Logan. I am looking forward to a new mystery with these characters. I would love to see how they develop in future. Please continue!!!! :)

Did not like Solve It. Love all of your other games. When will Murder Inn be available??...very excited
I adore the haiku games and I can't stop playing solve it over and over trying different options to see what happens. Keep em coming!! ( both kinds!!)

I love the game concepts, and am always entertained. But some old favorites are unavailable. Can you please make them available? They are Scottish Castle and Haunted Hunt. Also, I would love to see a sequel to Haunted Hunt. Do you think you could do a game involving a haunted ranch or horse (a ghost horse)?

Solve it was the first Haiku game I tried, and it was amazing!! The experience has been very exciting and it was well thought out. Kudos on the art as well! I did all 3 of them, and I played your other adventure games as well, but none of them even came close to how much I loved this. Please don't listen to everyone who doesn't like the game, if you make Solve it 4 I'd be first in line with the enthusiasm of a thousand players!! Looking forward to more chapters!

I played all 3 games in addition to all Adventure escape games. I recently downloaded the Adventure Escape Mysteries app. I love all your games and honestly find them fun and exciting. Sometimes the older apps give some troubles when doing puzzles, as in they don't complete even though I have done the entire thing but minor issues. I enjoy them and look forward to your new games. My favourite is the Solve It series. Absolutely loved it❤❤
I love your Solve it games. I don't usually pay for games but happily did for the premium chapters which is a first for me ever. Please release Solve it 4 soon. It will definitely be a smash. Looking forward to more Solve it games. 👌👍

Are you going to make more Solve Its?
I love really enjoy Solve it. I love the relationships that are built in the game. Also I'm ok with no puzzles because I would sometimes struggle with them and enjoy the dialoge a lot. I definitely want more of these solve it. It would be interesting to see in future solve it games to add like texting as other interactions. I think my only 2 problems is how long it takes to get keys(but if there would be a way to watch adds to get coins or keys that would be awesome) and how short the interactions are. I also would love more conversations with Logan would awesome. Overall awesome game
Hey a new storyline for solve it. Could you like a most dangerous game storyline. Where Logan and his partner are kidnapped and they have to try to escape but also solve who kidnapped them? Just an idea
