Look, I love, love, love the few Adventure Escape games I have gotten to play, but most of them repeatedly crash on me, over and over. Currently trying to play Dark Ruins, on the very first chapter after the plane crashes, and I can't even make it through the vines before the game will close itself. Over and over. Super frustrating. Any insight?

We re-released Dark Ruins in Adventure Escape Mysteries which should work for all devices.

Hi, I'm playing Trapmaker 3 and just passed the level where I saved Penny. However, I'm now "stuck" on the same level. I can't leave the level at all! How do I move forward? Do I have to uninstall? Would I lose my progress? Thank you!
Andrew 6/12/2019
Hi Jeanine - if you are logged into the game, we can skip you past that level. Please email us the email address you used to log in. If you're not logged in, you can restart just that level and it should work. You can restart the level by going to Settings (gear icon) -> Restart Level. Sorry about the inconvenience! In the future, please email us. We check it more than the blog comments.

I just discovered your games and love them. However, I can't find Adventure Escape: Carnival in the Google Play store. Not by name nor in the list of all Haiku games. Isn't this game available anymore? Thank you!
Andrew 4/15/2020
It's a long story, but basically the Carnival app was approved by Google a few years ago when we made it. Google changed their policies in the last few years, so now the Carnival game violates the policy for sending notifications. We'd love to just remove the notifications from Carnival and re-release it, but Google changed another policy so we'd have to update the way the game is built before they will accept the app. This fix will take a really long time, so we're instead focusing on making new games. You can still play the Carnival game on iOS.

We try to release more mysteries every few months, but do not announce exact dates. We are working on new mysteries all the time and hope you stick around to play them when they are released!

I LOVE all of your games - and have really enjoyed playing the Trapmaker games in particular - I'm on chapter 6 of the third one and don't want it to end...!! Also I am weirdly totally shipping TM & KG! Please tell me you will make more Trapmaker games?!

Adventure Escape: The Castle is on the app store, why isn't Pyramids of Giza? I get that they are old and not as refined as the other games but I enjoyed The Castle! Pleeeease let us play Giza!

If you complete a game you can go back and replay the entire thing from the beginning if you'd like. I don't think there is a way to do that if you are only partway through the game. Re-playing the game is good if you think you may have missed some stars the first time through, too. They don't replace any stars that you already found, but any that you may have missed will still be there.

I ADORE Haiku/AE games. They're so well made and gorgeous visually. I think you guys deserve a ton of credit for creating all of this content. To the user who was asking about a game solution to Murder Inn: I suggest supporting this developer with in-app hint purchases, but have also found resources online when I'm really really stumped on a puzzle that would require 30 coins to "skip". I would say about 90% of the time, I see the solution or hint and go: "duh!!", meaning, I should have seen something I did not. Around 10% of the time I think the developers were off base, stretched something or create a finicky physical puzzle like the wooden artist dolls in Cult, where the app sometimes just will not register a correct solution as correct. Cheers and thanks for great Escapes!
